Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before proceeding
Full Refund: Guests who cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 21 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 21 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Pre-Arrival Requests: If a guest has requested specific pre-arrival arrangements (e.g., special amenities, catering, or third-party services), any associated costs incurred by Cloudrift Breakaways will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the cancellation fee.
Festive Season & Public Holiday Bookings: All reservations made for stays during the festive holiday period (including Christmas, New Year, and Easter) and/or on South African public holidays are strictly non-refundable.
Private Functions & Event Bookings: All reservations made for private functions, special events, or exclusive venue hire are strictly non-refundable.
By default, all bookings made through our listed platforms are subject to a strict cancellation policy unless otherwise stated by management.
