Cancellation Policy

  1. 1Cancellations within 48 hours of booking and at least 21 days before arrival qualify for a full refund.
  2. 2Cancellations 7–21 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.
  3. 3Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
  4. 4Any pre-arranged services (catering, special amenities, third-party arrangements) will be deducted from applicable refunds.
  5. 5Festive season and public holiday bookings are strictly non-refundable.
  6. 6Private functions and event bookings are strictly non-refundable.
